La Finca den Joan is located in a very quiet area near Inca, a town equipped with many services. There you will find restaurants, supermarkets and shops. In addition, in the center of the town, every Thursday the weekly market is celebrated, where you can buy fresh fruit and handmade products. The villa is located 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its endless sandy beaches or half an hour from Palma, the capital of the island.
